Plant Medicine Ways: The ‘Medicine’ of some Weeds and Wildflowers
An opportunity to identify and appreciate some of the ‘weeds’ and wild flowers that offer themselves to support your health and wellbeing. Learn how you can use, collect and preserve these allies for later use. Class meets at my Sanctuary gardens at my home and at County Farm Park.

Plant Medicine Ways: Herbal Preparations
A fun hands-on class on how to skillfully use the wild foods and medicines you can find locally, while also learning specific herbs and their uses. You’ll use plants we harvest together, or that I’ve harvested for you from my gardens or local nature areas. Teas, infusions, vinegars, tinctures, oils, salves for food, medicine, body care; you take home samples and recipes, and the know-how to make your own preparations. This class can be a wonderful introduction and preparation for the Herbal Apprenticeship Program, though not required.
Fees: $180 for the series ($160 if prepaid by September 7th) or $50 per class (space available)
